OUR WINES

AOP Côtes de Provence Rosé
This blend features three red grape varieties—Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault—perfectly suited to the region’s warm climate. At roughly 1,000 feet above sea level, the vines benefit from cool nights that confer a beautiful balance to the grapes, creating an elegant wine with complex flavors and pronounced acidity. This rosé captivates with powerful fruit aromas, a dry, crisp profile and features bright citrus notes. It stands out for its freshness, complexity, elegance, and long, satisfying finish. It is ideal on its own, as an aperitif, or served with light bistro fare.
The 2024 vintage received a star in the 2026 Hachette Wine Guide.

AOP Côtes de Provence Fleur de Lys Red
This carefully crafted blend of Syrah and Grenache from the oldest vines on the property (average age over 40 years) is bright and fruity. The grapes are hand-harvested and quickly cooled after harvest but undergo no pressing. We use only the drip juices with little extraction from the skins, letting the juices speak for themselves. This results in a light-medium body with delicate color and fine tannins, polished texture with vivacity on the palate and a long, succulent finish. An easy-to-drink wine which can be served with pasta dishes, pizza, or grilled meat. Only 4,000 bottles of this wine were produced in 2024. Drink or hold 3 to 5 years.
The 2024 vintage received a score of 92 points by James Suckling.

AOP Côtes de Provence Les Mûriers Red
This wine is crafted from a blend of old Syrah and Grenache hand-harvested and pressed after fermentation to extract flavors and tannins. The intense Provençal sunlight which contributes to the development of thicker grape skins enhances the depth of flavors. Our goal is not to produce a powerful red, but rather an elegant wine with delicate structure, medium body, fine tannins and a bright finish. After pressing, the wine is aged in oak barrels for nine months. Currants and red cherries on the nose. Drink or hold 10 years.

AOP Côtes de Provence Tilia White
This dry white blend of hand-harvested Clairette (50%) and Rolle (50%) is the youngest in the family. Complex and elegant, it reveals notes of citrus—such as lemon and grapefruit—along with white floral aromas. On the palate, the attack is lively, supported by a well-balanced freshness with mineral and floral notes and a long, beautiful finish. Ideal as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to salads, white meats, and seafood. Drink now or hold 3 to 5 years.
All our wines are produced and bottled at the estate.
