3.2px) * 0.088), 15px);\">Nich\u00e9 au pied de la Montagne Sainte-Victoire dans la commune de Puyloubier, le Domaine Travelle offre des panoramas \u00e0 couper le souffle sur les montagnes environnantes. Situ\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement dans l'AOP C\u00f4tes de Provence \u00e0 plus de 300 m\u00e8tres d'altitude, le vignoble b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d'un climat l\u00e9g\u00e8rement continental, prot\u00e9g\u00e9 des influences maritimes par le massif de la Sainte-Baume au sud. Un quart des vignes portent \u00e9galement la prestigieuse d\u00e9nomination g\u00e9ographique compl\u00e9mentaire Sainte-Victoire. Les c\u00e9pages cultiv\u00e9s incluent la syrah, le grenache, le cinsault, le rolle, la clairette, le mourv\u00e8dre et le cabernet sauvignon.<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.088), 15px);\">Apr\u00e8s avoir fait l\u2019achat du domaine en 2021, Pierre et Amy Villeneuve ont entam\u00e9 la transition vers l'agriculture biologique. Ils ont \u00e9galement construit une cave vinicole \u00e0 la fine pointe de la technologie. Equip\u00e9e de mat\u00e9riel de derni\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, la cave garantit un traitement optimal du raisin avec un refroidissement rapide du raisin apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9colte et un stockage dans des cuves inox, sans oxyg\u00e8ne et \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature contr\u00f4l\u00e9e, pour pr\u00e9server toute la fra\u00eecheur et la qualit\u00e9 du fruit.<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.088), 15px);\">La r\u00e9sidence du domaine est une ancienne magnanerie. Construit au XIXe si\u00e8cle, le b\u00e2timent a \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9nov\u00e9 et transform\u00e9 en une magnifique villa en 2008. De vieux m\u00fbriers, dont les feuilles nourrissaient autrefois les vers \u00e0 soie, ornent toujours la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 et t\u00e9moignent de l'h\u00e9ritage du lieu. Le m\u00fbrier est aujourd\u2019hui l'embl\u00e8me du domaine, symbolis\u00e9 avec fiert\u00e9 sur l'\u00e9tiquette des vins.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.088), 15px);\">Bien que la terre ait une longue tradition de culture de la vigne, Pierre et Amy ont investi de mani\u00e8re importante dans la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 pour enrichir la biodiversit\u00e9 et sublimer la beaut\u00e9 naturelle du lieu. Elle vise \u00e0 enrichir la terre, \u00e0 maintenir un \u00e9quilibre naturel et \u00e0 garantir la qualit\u00e9 exceptionnelle de nos vins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.088), 15px);\">Le domaine a mis en \u0153uvre des pratiques agricoles durables, \u00e0 commencer par l\u2019introduction de couverts v\u00e9g\u00e9taux entre les rangs de vigne qui enrichissent le sol en mati\u00e8re organique, favorisent la r\u00e9tention d\u2019eau, et r\u00e9duisent l\u2019\u00e9rosion. Malgr\u00e9 son apparence moins soign\u00e9e, l\u2019enherbement entre les rangs favorise des sols plus sains en stimulant la vie microbienne et en attirant des insectes auxiliaires, renfor\u00e7ant ainsi l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me naturel du vignoble et la production de vins aux saveurs plus riches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.088), 15px);\">Le domaine a fait le choix d'une viticulture sans produits de protection des plantes de synth\u00e8se. \u00c0 la place, des m\u00e9thodes naturelles sont utilis\u00e9es pour pr\u00e9server la sant\u00e9 des ceps, r\u00e9duisant l'empreinte \u00e9cologique de l\u2019exploitation et favorisant un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me plus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9. Chaque mois de novembre, nous r\u00e9coltons les olives et les emmenons au moulin local pour un pressage \u00e0 froid. L'huile d'olive qui en r\u00e9sulte est vive, aromatique et poivr\u00e9e, avec des notes d\u2019amande et sans amertume.
